All Good For Ya!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It's a new generation of hip-hop each and everytime DC's own Nutricious explodes on to the stage. His 360 degree rap style takes you from a ruff, hard core and militant image to a slow, mello and positive groove. His rap has no musical boundaries, easily flowing through hip-hop, R&B, reggae, and gospel flavas.

Pop goes your mind when you hear one of the slamming tracks from Nutricious' new EP from B&K Productions, featuring cuts, "Hidi, Hidi, Hay," which samples the Gap Band's "Outstanding" and "Village" emphasizing the theme "it takes a village to raise a child." When you listen to Nutricious' EP you can hear his message of social consciousness that some rap critics say are missing in many hip hop artists today.

Nutricious has perfected his craft throughout the 8 years he has been rapping and performing. He has participated in many talent showcases and events around the Washington and Baltimore areas, including Volcano's Collegiate Rap Off Competition, Adams Morgan Day, Bowie Fest Day and the U.S. Capital for National Parents Day Association. He believes that his live performances has given him the experience he needs to give the public what it deserves.

Nutricious guarantees a message to every song while still delivering the beats to keep your head noddin', Just like milk is good for the body. Nutricious is good for the mind.

Nuticious, a.k.a. Tyrand Wallace, attended Coppin State College and Prince George's Community College. He currently resides in Lanham, Maryland.

Hip-Hop's newest flava is "Nutricious" and he's all good for ya!!!
